Can my Mains Voltage Christmas Lights be used outdoors?
No, but we do manufacture Mains Voltage and Low Voltage sets for outdoor use. Further details can be seen on our website www.noma.co.uk

Do your Christmas light sets have a guarantee?
If the set is within a purchase period of one year and has not been used for any other purpose than what it was intended, upon receipt of the faulty item and proof of purchase receipt, we will replace the set if, when tested, it proves to be faulty.

What is the significance of the yellow band that highlights some products?
The yellow band that highlights some products is there to identify the product you have selected and therefore indicate which product the 'PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS' panel is referring to. You may also see within a light yellow box that some products are also highlighted the same colour. These products relate to the specific spares that are available for your selected product.

How many lights do you suggest for my tree?
It all depends on the size of the tree. Please refer to this table for a guide:
