Our Policy
We treat your privacy as a priority. All personally identifiable information gathered on this site is treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not exchange or sell your private information with anyone else, except where required to do so by law. We share relevant information only with those parties entrusted with the fulfilment of your order.

During the registration process, we ask you for your email address, which then becomes your account identification, your name, postal address and telephone number. We do not require you to enter your telephone number, but may use this to contact you in relation to the fulfilment of your order. You can choose to opt-in to our mailing list, where you will receive special offers and other such information from time to time.

We do not collect credit card information. All orders are authorised through SECPay, who operate all secure credit card transactions on our behalf. We share your account address with SECPay in order to minimise the risk of fraudulent credit card use.

Cookies are used within our site in order to maintain a consistent connection and ensure your basket contents remain while you are browsing the site. We only use session cookies for this purpose. You will not be able to place orders through our site if your browser is not capable of or you have disabled the use of session cookies. We do not use cookies to track your personal usage or preferences on our site.

Our site provides an account login, which you can use to change your account address, create and delete delivery addresses, change your password, change your email address, view your order history and alter your mailing list subscription.
