Searching for a product

Using the Product Search box on the right, you can quickly locate an item you are looking for. The search function will return a listing of each product that includes in its description, every word you enter.

A useful tip when you're looking for some replacement lamps is to search for the consumer code that is printed on your product packaging - it may look something like this:

Searching for a stockist

To find a stockist in you area; either click the Stockists  link at the bottom of the page or use the Find a Stockist box on the right. In both cases enter your location either as a post code (for best results) or an address (a town and county is usually sufficient), select the distance (radius) you would like your results to cover and click Locate.

Stockist within your area are plotted on a map, with a maximum of 100 results.

Should your search fail to return any results, try either widening your search area or be more specific with your location (the search can fail if your location is too vague).
