Website Usage Terms & Conditions

Payment and Pricing

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates. It may be necessary to adjust the prices in the event of a change in VAT rates. Customers are entitled to a full refund if this is not acceptable.

Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders within the UK within 3 business days. In the weeks preceding Christmas despatches are sometimes delayed due to the pressure on our warehouse. We do what we can to minimise any delays, if however you have not received your order within 30 days, please contact us. Any notification of non-delivery outside of these 30 days will be at the company's discretion.

We only despatch spare lamp orders to  the following, mainland Great Britain, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland.

Returns Policy

No Fault Returns – Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations allow consumers 7 working days to cancel an order (please write within 7 working days advising us of this via email csd@noma.co.uk or letter, quoting your order number or reference) and return the goods no longer required or mistakenly ordered. Goods may be returned (for any reason) for a full refund (on goods only) up to 7 days after receipt of the order. We can only accept goods back that are complete, unused and in “as new” condition (i.e. if a box has been opened to examine a product it must have been done without damaging or marking the product in any way). Goods must be returned in the original box, complete with packing and accessories (if applicable) at the consumers expense. A refund for the goods will only be made to the card on which the order was taken or a cheque refund (if paid in this manner). We recommend using a form of delivery that requires a signature.

Return of Faulty Goods – If a product should fail within 30 days of receipt you may return the item for replacement/full refund, providing that:
the product is in otherwise “as new” condition with no signs of misuse, the product is complete with any accessories and, if possible, the instruction manual, original box and packaging. We will refund any postage costs on faulty goods returned, providing the goods when tested prove to be faulty and original proof of purchase receipt is enclosed with the goods.

Credit Card Security

We do not collect credit card information directly. All orders are authorised through SagePay using SSL technology, who operate all secure credit card transactions on our behalf. We share your account address with SagePay in order to minimise the risk of fraudulent credit card use.

Special Offers / Promotional Codes

Any special offers or discounts accessed via a promotional code are valid for a limited period only. Special offers are also available to telephone orders if the current promotional code is quoted. Customers may only use a promotional code once during the offer period. Only one promotional code can be applied to an order at any time. Delivery price will be calculated based on the final order value inclusive of any discount.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, then please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can immediately rectify the problem. Our Consumer Services telephone lines are personally manned Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
